Job summary

A leading food industry company in Singapore is looking for a Clerical Assistant to perform various office duties, manage inventory, and assist with customer service queries. The ideal candidate should have basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, and be able to work effectively under pressure. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • Must be friendly and courteous with a strong team spirit.
  • Ability to work well under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including typing and filing.
  • Ensure tallies match before inbounding into the Inventory System.
  • Retrieve pick lists and delivery orders.
  • Coordinate orders for compliance and customer service.

Working Location: 15 Pandan Crescent

Time: Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm (1 hour of lunch break & 15min of short break)

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying and updating of information relating from Warehouse to Logistics Department.
  • Receive, ensure physical and documentation tallies, before inbound into Inventory System.
  • Retrieve pick lists and delivery orders.
  • Co-ordination on orders received to ensure compliance, completeness and accuracy, on both physical and documentation, with timely customer service.
  • Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Basic Microsoft application especially Excel & Word
  • Friendly & courteous disposition with a team player spirit.
  • Ability and patience to handle high pressure environment.
