Job summary

HRNet Ventures Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a diligent Logistics Admin Assistant to support daily warehouse administration, data entry, and documentation.

This role offers hands-on exposure to 3PL and warehouse operations, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing. Based in Singapore near Clementi/Jurong East MRT, the position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm. Salary ranges from 2,200 to 2,500 SGD per month, with weekends off and opportunities to grow in logistics and

Qualifications

• Logistics, warehouse admin, 3PL or supply chain experience preferred.
• Familiar with order processing, inventory or shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.
• Organised, responsible and good at coordination.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Full-time commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily logistics and warehouse administration
• Perform data entry, order processing and system updates
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DOs), Goods Receipts and shipping documents
• Update inventory records and stock movements
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse teams, drivers and vendors
• Track dispatch status and prepare logistics reports
• Support general administrative duties
