Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd – CREW by HRnet is seeking a Logistics Admin Assistant in Singapore to support daily administrative, inventory and delivery coordination within a warehouse environment.

The role offers a five-day work week with regular hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and a salary up to SGD 2,600 per month. Suitable for candidates with logistics administration experience looking to gain warehousing exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse administration is advantageous.
• 3PL experience will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with administrative work, documentation and data entry.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry, order processing and daily logistics administration.
• Prepare delivery orders, goods receipts and shipping documents.
• Update inventory records and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers and vendors.
• Assist with inbound and outbound delivery arrangements.
• Support general administrative and ad-hoc tasks.
