Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, freight forwarders, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, and compliant delivery of goods.

  • Communicate daily with Chinese speaking sender/consignee, freight forwarders, and agents to arrange and confirm shipping schedules, documentation, and delivery timelines.

  • Work with agent to obtain the necessary import permits and ensure all required documents are in place.

  • Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, commercial invoices, and bills of lading.

  • Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery and manage any issues or delays proactively.

  • Liaise with internal teams such as fleet team, and warehouse to ensure smooth logistics operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

  • Performing duties such as collecting payment, monthly billing, and paymentfollow-up.

  • Manage daily tasks and any ad-hoc matters assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant fields;

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or administrative roles;

  • Able to work 5.5days. Will be flexible arrangement after probation;

  • Have a good sense of service and teamwork, strong ability to withstand pressure;

  • Able to speak, read and write in Chinese is a MUST to liaise with Chinese stakeholders;

  • Proficient in MS office application is also a MUST;

  • Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage.
