Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about logistics? Join our team as a Logistics Admin Executive and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping Documentation: Prepare and handle full sets of export and import shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Letters of Credit (L/C).

  • Custom Clearance: Manage permit declarations for custom clearance.

  • Delivery Coordination: Liaise with direct carriers and forwarders to schedule deliveries.

  • Trucking Arrangements: Coordinate with hauliers for trucking arrangements.

  • Shipping Matters: Oversee shipping matters and maintain organized filing systems.

  • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.

  • Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze logistics reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
