A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an entry-level candidate for a logistics coordination role. Responsibilities include handling customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Handle customers’ orders, inquiries, and shipment arrangements.
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely delivery and collection.
Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related shipping documentation.
Update and maintain shipment status and records in the system.
Liaise with forwarders, suppliers, and customers to resolve delivery issues.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control or replenishment.
Support the logistics team in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all logistics transactions.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination or customer service preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of logistics systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
