Job Scope
  • Handle customers’ orders, inquiries, and shipment arrangements.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for timely delivery and collection.

  • Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related shipping documentation.

  • Update and maintain shipment status and records in the system.

  • Liaise with forwarders, suppliers, and customers to resolve delivery issues.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control or replenishment.

  • Support the logistics team in daily administrative tasks and reporting.

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all logistics transactions.

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination or customer service preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of logistics systems.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
