Our client, a Japanese Logistics 3rd Party Logistics Company is looking for 3 Logistics Admin Assistant to join them!
Job Scope
Handle incoming calls and direct customer inquiries appropriately.
Support the creation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports.
Organize and maintain an efficient filing system.
Review, update, and enforce office policies and procedures.
Manage office supply inventory and explore cost-effective vendors and deals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
Collaborate with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior management.
Requirement
Preferably possesses a minimum of 1 year of relevant office experience or holds at least a Diploma in any discipline.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates independence, and collaborates well in team settings.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong customer focus, and excellent interpersonal skills.
