Job description


Location: Neythal Road, Jurong

To support daily logistics operations by managing order processing, document preparation, and coordination with transporters, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. The Logistics Admin plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy in SAP, handling urgent orders efficiently, and providing administrative support to the warehouse and operations team.

  • Receive orders from Customer Service and update them in the order tracker.

  • Sort picking lists and handle mixing requests for tinting items.

  • Release picklists to the warehouse for processing.

  • Coordinate with transporters for order collections (sea store, dry dock, self-collection, project, local deliveries, and export).

  • Prepare and print shipping documents such as Delivery Notes (DN), Certificates of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Purchase Orders (PO), and Packing Lists.

  • Perform PGI (Post Goods Issue) transactions in SAP after goods are collected.

  • Update the tracker once orders have been collected.

  • Handle urgent orders and adjust the plan as needed.

  • Work with Customer Service to reverse or amend orders in SAP.

  • Scan and send self-collection PODs to the invoice team daily.

  • Liaise with Customer Service and transporters to resolve any delivery issues.

  • Support any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operation Executive or Warehouse Manager.

  • Understand and adhere to the essential principles of safe working practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • O’ level with minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations

  • Proficient in SAP (WM & IM modules)

  • Good with numbers and data entry

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes

  • Able to handle shipping documents (DN, COA, SDS, PO, packing list)

  • Responsible, reliable, and organized

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressure
