Logistic and Warehouse Operations Executive (Permanent, Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Operations Executive to join our logistics team. Beyond day-to-day warehouse duties, you will also play an important role in coordinating with the team, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity to build leadership experience while growing your career in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; highlight any discrepancies, damages, or delays
• Perform data entry on Excel sheets and keep accurate inventory records
• Pick, pack, test, and conduct quality control of goods
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely goods movement
• Coordinate with team members and assign daily tasks to ensure workflow efficiency
• Support deliveries of equipment/goods to specified locations
• Perform refurbishing procedures on retrieved goods from the field
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse
• Support documentation and other administrative duties
• Able to handle stock weighing up to 25–30 kg
