Key Responsibilities

- Execute Operational Masterplan and Director Projects

- Management of inventory systems, including procurement and inventory software management, distribution, purchase orders and stock checks in relation to all music books for all outlets

- Management of inventory systems, including procurement and inventory software management, distribution, purchase orders and stock checks in relation to all curriculum merchandise equipment for all outlets

- Ensuring all outlets have a seamless and consistent supply of books and merchandise supply for business continuity purposes

- Performing and fulfilling ad-hoc/additional duties as assigned by the management

Key Criteria/Requirements

• The applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field

• The successful applicant must be available to work on all weekends

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and leadership.

• Goal-driven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre

• The applicant must have a strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company standards
