Mission of the Position
To deliver exceptional logistical support and service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. By fostering teamwork, embracing adaptability, and committing to personal and professional growth, this role aims to support the company’s logistical and warehouse functions in relation to books and merchandise for all the Aureus Academy schools across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Operational Masterplan and Director Projects
- Management of inventory systems, including procurement and inventory software management, distribution, purchase orders and stock checks in relation to all music books for all outlets
- Management of inventory systems, including procurement and inventory software management, distribution, purchase orders and stock checks in relation to all curriculum merchandise equipment for all outlets
- Ensuring all outlets have a seamless and consistent supply of books and merchandise supply for business continuity purposes
- Performing and fulfilling ad-hoc/additional duties as assigned by the management
Key Criteria/Requirements
The applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field
The successful applicant must be available to work on all weekends
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and leadership.
Goal-driven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre
The applicant must have a strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company standards
