Job Description for Logistic Support (1-Year Contract)
Supporting Logistic Manager for Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving Tasks
Coordinates with transportation and warehousing suppliers to place orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
Maintain flexible scheduling to provide support to WW SADM
Act as a secondary contact for team members in other regions
Collection of Logistics data and preparing management reporting’s.
Invoice validation on SOC Logistic spend
Quarterly Financial Accrual
1st level logistic liaison with account payable team & supplier on invoice related matters
Job Specifications (Qualifications & Experiences):
· Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, related field.
· Minimum 3 years work experience in logistic industry
· Experience in the semiconductor industry and in a multi-country environment will
be an advantage
· Logistic process know-how preferred under Oracle
· Warehousing processes
· General knowledge in trade compliance cross border processes
· Requires good verbal and written communications skills along with a
demonstrated teamwork attitude.
· Must possess the ability to handle difficult and demanding situations and
multiple priorities.
· Critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex problems
· Can do attitude & well organized, self-disciplined work style
· Possess soft skills like Project Management, Excel (preferred), resolving conflicts,
effective presentation, negotiation
