Responsibilities

• Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
• Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation.
• Communicate with customers to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Tally inventory with Singapore customs records and product inventory, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system quantity.
• Coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
• Support daily reporting such as inventory reports and warehouse/distribution tracking reports.
• Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
• Preferable experience in 3PL
• Proficient in WMS
