Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Logistic Operation Executive (With/without experience) in Kallang to manage shipment processes and act as a primary liaison with clients.

You will prepare shipping documents and ensure timely delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves handling customs permits, liaising with overseas agents and warehouses, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for client communication to address inquiries and provide updates
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support shipment processes
• Prepare and handle shipping documents such as delivery orders, bills of lading, arrival notices, and tax invoices accurately
• Complete customs import permit declarations to comply with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, haulers, and warehouses to ensure timely and smooth shipment delivery
• Act as the contact point for site personnel, customers, and vendors to resolve delivery issues and maintain workflow
• Perform pick and pack for client

Working Hour : Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm
