Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily waste collection operations and ensure contractor compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service) and external parties (contractors, authorities) on collection activities and issue resolution.

• Monitorand evaluate contractor/supplier performance through KPIs.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies on transport and waste management compliance.

• Support logistics planning, including scheduling, transport capacity, and equipment maintenance.

• Verify supplier invoices and track monthly logistics expenses.

• Lead and manage logistics team, including staff performance, training, and recruitment.

• Prepare monthly reports on cost-saving initiatives, operational challenges, and logistics updates.

• Maintain accurate transport records and ensure all vehicle-related requirements are up to date.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics operations or a similar function.

• Strong coordination skills with the ability to liaise across teams and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Company transport or transportation allowance provided.
