• Develop and implement logistics strategies that optimize delivery timelines, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and create reports on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, transportation costs, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international shipping rules, and safety standards.
• Handle logistics planning for domestic and international shipments, including import/export documentation.
• Use ERP and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS, WMS) for inventory and order tracking.
• Supervise and train logistics staff, drivers, warehouse teams, and ensure performance targets are met.
• Manage budgets and control operational costs related to logistics and supply chain functions.
