Logistic Manager [ Industrial / Own Transport ]

Logistic Manager
5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Tuas
Basic Salary: $5800 - $6200

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics scheduling, transport capacity planning, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure contractors comply with waste collection requirements (PPE, documentation, etc.) and monitor collection progress.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, coordinating with Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Liaise with authorities (NEA, LTA, etc.) on waste collection compliance matters.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for contractors and suppliers to evaluate service performance.
• Attend plant-level coordination meetings (EHS, Operations, Sales, etc.).
• Verify supplier invoices, update monthly logistics cost data, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g vehicle certificates).
• Manage and evaluate logistics staff, coordinate training, and report monthly on cost reduction and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Good planning and problem-solving skills with a practical approach.
• Class 3 Driving License with Own Transport.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
