A leading company in logistics seeks a Logistics Manager to oversee warehousing and logistics strategies. The role requires strategic leadership, operational management, and team development to drive efficiency and performance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years' experience in supply chain or logistics, particularly in fast-paced sectors such as electronics.
Responsibilities:
·Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute warehousing and logistics strategies aligned with company goals and customer expectations.
·Warehouse Operations Management:
Oversee all warehousing operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, order fulfilment, and space utilization.
·Process Improvement & Optimization:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
·Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics and warehouse operations team. Establish clear performance metrics and ensure accountability.
·External Liaison:
Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
·Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with all internal SOPs, regulatory and safety standards related to logistics and warehousing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing management, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experienced in SAP ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced industries such as semiconductor, electronic industry, is highly desirable.
