Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations for construction projects, including transportation, fleet management, and material handling.
• Plan and schedule deliveries of materials, equipment, and supplies to construction sites in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory management activities to avoid shortages and overstock.
• Evaluate logistics performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to logistics activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistic Executive or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
