Job description

Overview

Working hour: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8am to 5pm (Friday). OT required and payable.

Basic salary: $2800 to $3200

OT flat rate: $12/hour

Working location: Jurong Island

Working environment: Warehouse without aircon

Responsibilities

1. Day to day warehouse operations
2. Stock in and stock out inventory, consumables and equipment using Inventory control system (training will be provided). Ensure all equipment stock out are returned to warehouse timely.
3. Prepare delivery documents
4. Update tools and equipment service or calibration records in excel
5. Arranging logistic (company lorry) for materials collections and delivery
6. Raised materials requisition for stock replenish using ERP system (training provided) and follow up for stock delivery
