What you will be doing

  • Coordinate daily local deliveries (in-house drivers & third-party couriers: Lalamove, Pickupp, J&T, Ninjavan).

  • Manage cross-border shipments between GiftMarket offices, ensuring compliance with customs/tax regulations.

  • Process international shipments via DHL, including documentation and tracking.

  • Work closely with warehouse, sales, and team members to resolve delivery discrepancies, delays, or customs issues.

  • Proactively address and escalate logistics challenges (e.g., failed deliveries, damaged goods) as a team

  • Oversee return logistics for in-house, third-party, and DHL shipments, including documentation and tracking.

  • Coordinate with Sales Ops and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing of returned goods.

  • Ensure complete and accurate delivery documentation for finance verification.

  • File DOs and maintain organized records for audits and reporting.

  • Prioritize urgent deliveries per company SOPs, adhering to cut-off times

  • Follow structured handover protocols during planned leave to ensure operational continuity.

  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in delivery workflows.
