Responsibilities :

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, particularly within the contract logistics and supply chain sectors.

• Support and occasionally lead the implementation of new projects.

• Handle RFQs, sales leads, and tender processes, developing optimal logistics solutions tailored to customer requirements.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement, ensuring long-term business growth.

• Work closely with operations, customer service, and cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and adherence to performance standards.

• Monitor and evaluate service KPIs, including lead times, complaint resolution, and escalations, while driving continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide value-added supply chain solutions.

• Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and customer-facing meetings.

• Perform any ad hoc duties or strategic projects as assigned by management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience preferred.

• Skilled in project planning and multitasking.
