A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to identify and develop new business opportunities in contract logistics and supply chain sectors. The role involves project implementation, customer engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities :
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, particularly within the contract logistics and supply chain sectors.
Support and occasionally lead the implementation of new projects.
Handle RFQs, sales leads, and tender processes, developing optimal logistics solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement, ensuring long-term business growth.
Work closely with operations, customer service, and cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and adherence to performance standards.
Monitor and evaluate service KPIs, including lead times, complaint resolution, and escalations, while driving continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide value-added supply chain solutions.
Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and customer-facing meetings.
Perform any ad hoc duties or strategic projects as assigned by management.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of logistics experience preferred.
Skilled in project planning and multitasking.
