A logistics role within a reputable company in Singapore is looking for a candidate with strong organisational and communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of transportation and deliveries
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries
Support the team in processing orders, managing stock levels, and optimising warehouse operations
Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that may arise
Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or customer service role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and transportation processes
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
