Roles & Responsibilities

The Logistics Assistant will provide general administrative support. This role involves performing routine clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, data entry, goods receiving and general tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

• Performing the filing of financial and office documents.

• Handle accurate and timely data entry into systems or Microsoft excel.

• Provide general clerical support to other departments when required

• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or managers

• Act as a point of contact for vendors, deliveries, and service providers.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of office procedures and clerical tasks

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Forklift licenses an advantage.
