Job summary

Thales Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receiving, labeling, and packing for export shipments. The role involves checking quantities, managing quarantine, and preparing shipping documents in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Working at CEVA Logistics with regular daytime hours, you will support packaging and shipping activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Min. O levels required.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet).

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and part numbers.
• Label and tag parts, manage quarantine and discrepancies with photos.
• Collect packaging materials and prepare final packing for shipment.
• Book shipments and prepare shipping documents, including DG where applicable.
• Coordinate calibration/servicing for essential equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Physical Receiving of Incoming shipment

• Checking of physical qty, part number per description on incoming shipping documentand general condition of cargo during Receiving

• Labelling/Tagging of Individual parts or cargo as and when required

• Management of Quarantine (include highlighting & photo-taking on any discrepancy oranomaly detected)

• Collection of packaging material – usually protective cushioning material or customizedboxes from customer/supplier incoming shipment

• Final Packing & Shipment Booking for Export / Shipment to Customer / Sub-con

• Preparation of Shipping Document, including DG where applicable

• Monitoring and arrangement of calibration / servicing for essential equipment (e.g.weighing scale, material handling equipment, where applicable)

Requirements:

• Min. O levels

• Experience in a warehouse environment

• Basic Computer skills (e.g. Internet surfing, email, etc)

• Working Location: CEVA Logistics, 5 Changi South Lane

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
