A leading company in the air-conditioning sector is looking for a logistics administrator to update material records, manage invoices, and support customer inquiries. Candidates should possess a diploma in logistics with at least two years of relevant experience, ideally with knowledge of SAP systems.
Job Responsibilities
Update and maintain material movement records in SAP (e.g., goods issue/receipt).
Handle phone calls related to warranty registration and customer enquiries.
Prepare and manage delivery documents, invoices, and reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, transport vendors, and internal teams.
Support general logistics and administrative tasks.
Requirement
Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience in administration and inventory management.
Possess SAP knowledge will be an advantage especially on MM and SD modules.
