Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lodgings operations for both HDB units and Service Apartments.
• Handle tenant-related issues and inquiries, ensuring prompt attention in group chats.
• Conduct live-in briefings for new tenants and manage house exit procedures for lived-out tenants.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs, cleaning services, and air-conditioning servicing.
• Ensure tenant information is updated in the system and liaise with landlords for unit maintenance and reimbursement.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong multitasking ability, with an eye for detail and process-oriented work.
• Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and responding to urgent housing requests.
