Job summary

Landon Veterinary Specialists (LVS) in Singapore is expanding and seeking a qualified Veterinary Nurse for Emergency & Critical Care (ECC). You will work with Critical Care Specialists and other teams, triaging emergencies and assisting with procedures.

Expect 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Training provided; patient care and client communication are core to the role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of veterinary nursing experience with animal handling skills.
• Emergency experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn with a strong work ethic and team spirit.
• Compassion and patient-centered care with excellent client communication.

Responsibilities

• Triage emergencies and assist with emergency procedures.
• Anaesthetic monitoring, lab work, and hospitalisation (intensive) care.
• Day and overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays; 12-hour shifts.
• Reception duties and coordinating with other teams.

Veterinary Nurse – Emergency & Critical Care(“ECC”)

No proper emergency centre can operate without an awesome team. You will be working with Critical Care Specialists and Nurses, as well as collaborating with other teams.

The position will involve triaging emergencies and assisting with emergency procedures, anaesthetic monitoring, lab work, day and overnight hospitalisation (intensive) care and reception work. Working hours will include day and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays. Each shift is 12 hours.

What Do You Have

• At least 2 years of veterinary nursing experience, with animal handling skills
• Emergency experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
• Willingness to learn, with a strong work ethic and a team-player
• Compassion and willingness to put patient care first
• Brilliant client communication skills, both written and spoken
