Locum Staff/Enrolled Nurse (AM/PM Shifts, 5-6 days a week!!) #HYNT

We are seeking a dedicated Locum Staff/Enrolled Nurse to be outsourced to various healthcare organizations. This role involves:

  1. Administering self-management plans to empower patients, family members, and caregivers in their health management.
  2. Delivering evidence-based care collaboratively with inter-professional teams.
  3. Facilitating patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
  4. Coordinating transitions of care within and between teams and settings.
  5. Implementing clinical risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
  6. Monitoring infection control practices and compliance in the clinical area.
  7. Assessing patients for early signs of deterioration through physiological observations.
  8. Maintaining standards of practice using available benchmark data at the department level.
  9. Participating in medical emergencies and crisis situations.
  10. Reporting near-misses and errors via organizational reporting systems.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/NITEC in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Current SNB registration and BCLS certification.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
