A community hospital in Singapore is seeking a Locum Senior Speech Therapist for a 3-month contract with an option to renew. The therapist will provide speech and swallowing assessments, work within a multi-disciplinary team, and train caregivers. This role requires a Bachelor or Masters in Speech Therapy and registration with AHPC.

We are actively hiring for a client in a Community Hospital setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested therapist to apply the role.

Locum Senior Speech Therapist - 3 months contract ( Option to Renew )

  • Provide speech therapy and swallowing assessment / intervention to patients
  • Maximize patients' speech and swallowing potential and improve quality of life
  • Formulate and implement appropriate goals and treatment plans
  • Assess diagnose, manage, and treat swallowing, speech impairments
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Regular review of planned goals and modification of goals in accordance of SMART goals to ensure effective therapy is being delivered
  • Plan future follow up or discharge from ST services based on patients’ performance.
  • Conduct relevant caregiver training effectively to stakeholders to ensure patients care is carried out at home

Project Details

  • 5 full days per week (8.30am - 5.30pm), 8 hours per visit
  • Projected Commencement: July 2025 (Start date is negotiable)
