Job summary

SingHealth Polyclinics is seeking a Locum Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations across our outpatient services in Singapore. The role involves processing prescriptions, dispensing medications, and assisting in tele-dispensing and remote collection efforts.

You will work at least 21 hours per week over a 5.25-day week, bringing a service mindset and strong interpersonal skills to our patient-centred team, with experience in outpatient settings considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level with a Pharmacy Technician certificate or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in outpatient setting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Processes prescriptions and dispenses medications to polyclinic patients per doctor directions.
• Supports Medication Delivery Service (MDS) and PILBOX for remote collection.
• Provides Tele-dispensing services where applicable.
• Assists in video consultation and medication reconciliation.

Job description:

• Processes prescriptions and dispenses medications to polyclinic patients in accordance with doctor's directions as specified in prescriptions
• Supports Medication Delivery Service (MDS) and PILBOX service for remote collection of medications
• Provides Tele-dispensing services (where applicable)
• Assists in video consultation (VC) and medication reconciliation

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O' Level with a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course (under MOH, PSS or its equivalent) or a Diploma in Pharmaecutical Science or equivalent
• Possess a service mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant experience in an outpatient setting will be an added advantage

As a Locum Pharmacy Technician, you will be required to work a minimum 21 hours per week across a 5.25 day work week.
