Locum Pharmacist (Jul to Oct 2024)

Temporary coverage for Maternity leave in July 2024 for 4 months.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform medication review and dispensing duties.
• Be part of the clinical and multi-disciplinary team.
• Perform other duties of a pharmacist when necessary.
• Be a member of the multi-disciplinary team on patient care.

Job Requirements:

• Bsc (Pharmacy) and licensed to practise in Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a hospital setting.
