Locum/ Perm Homecare Staff Nurse (East / Mon to Fri office hours) #HAL

Location: East side (transportation covered by Company's grab account)

Salary: Perm - up to $4200

Working hours: Mon to Fri office hours

Perm - commit full 5 days

Job Scope:

1. To perform home visits to chronic ill/ palliative patients who are being referred
2. To perform nursing assessment on the patient
3. To coordinate with doctor for medical assessment and follow-up visits to patient
4. To monitor current medication and compliance as prescribed by the doctor
5. To perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, insertion of urine catheter, insertion of naso-gastric tube and care of tubings as required
6. To initiate nursing care plan and implement new measures of management
7. To educate caregivers/families on basic nursing procedures to ensure continuation of care at home

Requirements:

• Valid SNB and BCLS
• Min 1 year homecare/ palliative nursing experience
