Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with pediatric clients.

Job description

Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist with a heart for children and a drive to make a real impact? Join our vibrant multidisciplinary team at MindChamps Allied Care, where every child is empowered to become the champion of their life.

We are looking for Locum Occupational Therapists to support our centres during periods of high demand our Tampines branch!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and therapy for children aged 18 months to 7 years.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans across domains such as fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, and self-help skills.
  • Work collaboratively with our early intervention teachers, speech therapists, and psychologists.
  • Communicate progress effectively to families and contribute to case discussions and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Degree/Master in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with paediatric clients.
  • Proficient in using evidence-based tools for paediatric assessment and intervention (e.g., PDMS-2, BOT-2, Sensory Profile).
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, child-centered environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Bonus if you have:

  • Certification or training in Sensory Integration.
  • Experience with children with developmental delays, ASD, or neurodiverse profiles.
  • Familiarity with early intervention or school-based therapy models.
  • Training in DIR/Floortime, NDT, or Handwriting Without Tears.
