PROVIDENCE SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking qualified Locum Doctors to provide home-based medical consultations and treatments for seniors and homebound patients in Singapore. You will perform home visits, assess functional and medical needs, and coordinate care with caregivers and other health professionals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, requiring registration with the Singapore Medical Council and hospital-grade clinical independence for community-based care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Basic Medical Degree recognized in Singapore and be fully registered with SMC.
• Possess valid Practising Certificate (PC) issued by SMC and active MCR.

Responsabilités

• Conduct medical consultations and assessments at patients' homes.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and other healthcare professionals.
