You will be part of the multidisciplinary team providing day-to-day patient care in cardiovascular medicine, Department of Cardiology, National Heart Centre Singapore. You will be involved in predominantly inpatient areas, assisting Medical Officers, Residents and Resident Physicians in reviewing and managing cardiac patients or patients requiring cardiac investigations in the hospital.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Basic Medical Degree recognised by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
  • Relevant recognised postgraduate qualification would be an advantage
  • Full registration with SMC
  • Prior experience working full time in an acute hospital inpatient setting or in a Cardiology Department in a Singapore public hospital is preferred
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Documented proof of:

(i) Measles (or Mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity; and

(ii) Diphtheria (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccination taken during preceding 10 years at prevailing point of reference as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act. Applicants without these vaccinations are welcome to apply if they undertake to complete the vaccination(s) before work commencement.
