Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Dietitian to provide nutrition assessment, counselling and education to patients and carers. The role includes delivering interventions across multiple settings, supporting progress reviews and contributing to multidisciplinary care.

The successful candidate will mentor junior dietitians, develop patient materials and participate in teaching programmes. Office-based, West location, with standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent.
• Professional communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessment, nutrition support, counselling and education to patients and carers, individually or in groups.
• Deliver nutrition interventions based on therapeutic diets through various modes of communication (phone/virtual/home/centre visits).
• Review nutrition progress and document patient management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions for patient care.
• Organise and participate in delivery of nutrition education programmes for patients, carers, the public and professionals.
• Act as a mentor for junior dietitians on nutrition and dietetics when applicable.
• Develop and update patient education materials for counselling and education.
• Supervise and assess students in approved clinical teaching programmes.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to service improvements.
• Handle customer feedback and manage complaints effectively.
• Ensure timely daily administrative tasks and clinical duties are completed.
