Locum Clinic Assistant - IMMEDIATE STARTER

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Clinic Assistant (Locum) to join our team. If you enjoy supporting patients and working in a healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception area and perform front-desk duties (registration, appointments, billing).
• Handle administrative tasks such as insurance claims, stock management, medication purchase, and stock taking.
• Process and file lab reports.
• Assist the doctor during consultations, wound dressing, and infusions when required.
• Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including safe practices (e.g., swab/instrument/needle counts and reporting discrepancies).
• Dispense medicines according to guidelines.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area.
• Perform other clinic-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean applicants only.
• Prior experience in a healthcare/clinic setting is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients).
• Familiarity with Plato system will be useful.

Working Hours:

• 5.5-day work week (locum basis).
