Job summary

Lynn Medical and Aesthetic Clinic in Singapore seeks a qualified Medical Doctor to lead aesthetic procedures and patient care. You will perform Botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts, and develop personalized treatment plans with clear informed consent.

You will monitor progress, ensure safety and hygiene, train staff, and foster a collaborative workplace that delivers exceptional patient experiences and trust.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts.
• Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessment of patient concerns and clinical indications.
• Conduct detailed consultations to advise patients on treatment options and expected results, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Monitor and review patient progress against treatment plans, adjusting protocols to maximize efficacy and safety.
• Maintain consistently high standards of patient care and clinical hygiene in compliance with medical regulations.
• Manage patient enquiries by providing clear education about treatment courses and post-treatment care.
• Train and mentor clinic staff on aesthetic procedures and patient care protocols to uphold clinical excellence.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment that supports performance and shared mission delivery.
• Administer medical-grade chemical peels with precision and adherence to safety standards.
• Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience to build trust and loyalty.

Education
