Job summary

Lynn Medical and Aesthetic Clinic Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a licensed Medical Aesthetic Doctor to lead patient care in our professional clinic. You will perform injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation, while developing personalized treatment plans.

You will consult patients, monitor progress, mentor staff, and uphold safety and high care standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and SMC registration.
• COCs for aesthetic procedures.
• Experience with injectable treatments (Botox, fillers).
• Strong patient communication and clinical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, fillers) and laser therapies.
• Develop personalized patient treatment plans based on assessment.
• Conduct consultations to educate on options and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal results.
• Administer chemical peels safely in clinical setting.
• Educate patients about their course of treatments.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical safety.
• Train and mentor clinical staff to uphold quality and consistency.
• Foster a collaborative, patient-centered workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical treatments, and thread lifts to achieve patient-specific aesthetic goals
• Develop and recommend personalized patient treatment plans based on thorough assessment of patient concerns and clinical evaluation
• Conduct consultations to provide expert advice and education on treatment options and expected outcomes
• Monitor and review patient progress regularly to adjust treatment plans and ensure optimal results
• Administer medical-grade chemical peels safely and effectively in a clinical setting
• Handle patient enquiries promptly and educate patients about their course of treatments to enhance understanding and satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical safety in all procedures
• Train and mentor clinical staff as required to uphold quality and consistency in service delivery
• Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment that supports performance and patient-centered care

Required competencies and certifications

• Medical degree: MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD or equivalent
• Registration as a medical doctor with the Singapore Medical Council
• Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures
