Job description

Location Support team provides regional assistance in administrative, facility, procurement, travel, logistics, and vendor tasks. In this role, the Location Support Representative will work extensively with a remote team across Asia Pacific and collaborate with our teams in Europe and the Americas. The post holder will be responsible for executing Location Support tasks to support the functional activity within NI Emerson, contributing to the organization's success.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide general administrative support mainly in Singapore, with remote or backup support for other APAC sites as needed.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Update policies and guidelines to provide clarity on services provided.
  • Serve as the point of contact with facilities management and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and other services.
  • Coordinate front office activities, including visitor access and queries.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments with trade compliance, courier providers, and customs.
  • Procure office supplies, manage upkeep requirements, and maintain inventory.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with service vendors.
  • Work closely with services and finance teams to ensure timely purchase orders and invoice processing.
  • Maintain physical or electronic filing systems for contracts and documentation.
  • Handle travel queries and support hotel arrangements and ground transportation when not available through CWT.
  • Support logistics for internal meetings and events.
  • Ensure office EHS compliance and coordinate workplace safety programs.
  • Support regulatory submissions, audits, and reporting.

Who You Are:

  • Responsible for executing Location Support tasks within NI.

  • Good business communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
