  • Assist during the annual incentive planning process.
  • Resolve queries from the front end sales force.
  • Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas.
  • Document procedure changes for audit compliance.
  • Assist with data massaging, data validation, and feature engineering.
  • Support User Acceptance Test when required.

[Local Bank] 1-Year Contract Sales Analyst Up 4.5K #HJC

Reporting to the Head of SPSI, Global Consumer Financial Services, you will provide support to the Sales Performance & Sales Incentive team to deliver seamless day-to-day operational activities. There is a steep learning curve to understand the workflow, learning new tools for data analytics & stakeholder management.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calculate the Sales incentives for various Wealth & Retail banking roles across the division
  • Assist during the annual incentive planning process by analysing of sales behaviour/ trend, running multiple scenario simulations & doing cost income analysis
  • Resolve queries from the front end sales force in a quick and effective manner.
  • Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas.
  • Document procedure changes to ensure that as an organization we are audit compliant.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operational activities for Sales Incentives.
  • Assist with data massaging, data validation and feature engineering for Raw datasets.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Test (when required).
  • Understand the Sales Incentive schemes for all the wealth & retail banking sales force

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Incentive/ Performance teams in any financial institution
  • Good technical skills will be of an advantage (MS Excel, SQL).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and possess the drive to learn.
