Job description

Our client is a local bank looking for a Loans Executive to join their team on a contract basis (potentially renewable).

Responsibilities

1. Review and update SOPs as required.
2. Support archival and retrieval of documents.
3. Assist with UAT/LV on system and workflow enhancements.
4. Perform account closure activities, including earmarking and releasing funds for campaigns or digiVault.
5. Support the Team Manager on projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
6. Ensure all requests and tasks are completed within service level agreements.
7. Complete ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Team Manager.
8. Experience in financial institutions, especially with deposit knowledge, is an advantage.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
10. Ability to multi-task and manage various activities effectively.
