Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls
Manage sales closures of lending and credit card portfolio related products for a team of existing officers
Understand and manage the loan product and customer queries
Able to achieve KPI
Knowledge/Experience:
Education: GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, Degree Holder
Speak efficiently and professionally to premium clients
1-4 years of relevant experience in tele sales or call center
Experience within customer service or call center preferred
Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
