Responsibilities:

• Manage the team handling loans documentation in insurance, mortgage, property, vessel, equipment, auto products etc.
• Supervise the team processing Letters of Offer, redemption, and custodian function.
• Maintain loan records in the system (creation, maintenance, and deletion of customers’ records) / collateral and insurance records in the system.
• Monitoring and tracking of loan process.
• Liaise with customers, lawyers, valuers when required.
• Any adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Numerate and meticulous with a keen eye for details.
• Proactive, responsible, good interpersonal skills, and a team player.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
