Job summary

A leading company in the finance sector is seeking a licensed moneylender to provide quality customer service, perform loan disbursements, and manage outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, possess strong customer handling skills, and hold at least a diploma in finance or accountancy. This role offers a 5-day work week with rest days on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service and explain various loan types.
• Perform loan disbursement and update loan statuses.
• Call and chase overdue customers.
