Principle Responsibilities

• Support businesses in processing, performing loan documentation review, and booking transactions accurately into bank systems.
• Collaborate closely with the team to uphold and improve service standards based on established cut-off times.
• Initiate and follow up on production tickets to resolve systemic issues and address outstanding cases pending confirmation or clarification.
• Participate in and lead mini operational excellence or continuous improvement projects to enhance process agility, control, and scalability of existing resources.

Profile/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or Accountancy.
• Good working knowledge and understanding of corporate/commercial banking products and related facilities.
• Strong analytical skills.
