A vehicle financing company in Singapore is seeking a Loan Administrator to manage the end-to-end loan submission process for commercial and private vehicle financing. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in loan administration, proficiency in Microsoft tools, and strong communication skills, particularly in English and Chinese. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with immediate availability preferred.
Handle end-to-end loan submission process for commercial and private vehicle financing
Submit loan applications to external banks and internal in-house financing departments
Liaise with sales consultants and customers to collect required documents and information
Verify accuracy of loan documents before submission
Track and monitor loan approvals, follow-ups, and disbursements
Maintain good communication with bank officers and internal teams to ensure smooth processing
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal SOPs
Prepare loan agreements, approval documents, and disbursement paperwork
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and approvals
Assist in reporting, documentation audits, and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in loan administration, preferably in the automotive or finance industry
Experience in handling both bank and in-house loan submissions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic administrative tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple submissions daily
Able to work independently and within a team
Fluent in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and banks)
Immediate availability is a strong advantage
