Job summary

EXECUTIVE SHIP MANAGEMENT PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a seasoned Technical Superintendent for LNG vessels. You will oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and technical operations, driving maintenance, inspections, and budgeting while coordinating with stakeholders across ships and ports worldwide.

The role requires prior LNG Chief Engineer experience, a valid COC Class 1 (Unlimited FG), and at least 3 years in senior officer leadership on foreign-going LNG fleets. Extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have sailed as Chief Engineer on LNG foreign-going vessels.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Senior Officer on Foreign Going LNG vessels.
• Proficient in PMS, ISM, PSC, Flag & Class requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards (HSEQA) are implemented.
• Manage assigned vessels including communications with stakeholders, budgeting, surveys, inspections and docking.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and owners/charterers' requirements.
• Provide technical advice and assist in investigations related to insurance matters.
• Coordinate with Procurement for sourcing supplies at cost-effective rates and plan annual operating budgets.
• Monitor vessel conditions to meet Port State Control and Oil Majors regulations.
