Kerry Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Natural Gas & LNG Market Analyst to support development of long‑term fundamental views across global gas and LNG markets, with direct impact on portfolio strategy and investment decisions.

Reporting to Head of Market Analyst, you will build bottom‑up models, monitor LNG projects, run scenario analysis, and produce clear market commentary for senior stakeholders while collaborating with Origination, Strategy and Shipping teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics or related quantitative discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in LNG, natural gas, power, energy markets, commodity research, analytics or similar fundamentals-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel are essential; Python/SQL/Power BI would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain bottom-up long-term LNG and natural gas market models including supply, demand, liquefaction, regasification, trade flows and market balances.
• Maintain country, regional and project-level datasets and monitor LNG project developments, contracting, FIDs and commissioning.
• Develop mid- to long-term LNG and gas price views and run scenario analyses across delays, outages, policy changes and energy-transition pathways.
• Produce clear analysis, charts and market commentary for senior stakeholders and collaborate with Origination, Strategy, Shipping and other commercial teams.
