Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced LLMOps Engineer to join NCS AI Central in Singapore. You will design deployment pipelines for LLM and agentic applications, containerised on Kubernetes, and implement repeatable CI/CD for AI services.

You will monitor reliability, define SLAs, manage costs, and mentor engineers while collaborating with AI Architects and Cloud Teams to scale from POC to production. Strong production ML/AI experience and scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of DevOps/MLOps/platform engineering with production exposure to LLM/ML systems.
• 5+ years with end-to-end ownership of production AI/ML systems for Senior level.
• Hands-on with containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform) and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment pipelines for LLM/agentic apps; versioning models, prompts, and configs as code.
• Build CI/CD and observability for AI services on Kubernetes.
• Monitor token spend and model routing to balance cost and performance.
• Maintain production operations, patching, upgrades, and incident response.
